Dr. Housner and his MA, Jessica were wonderful to my mother, I would definitely give them 5 stars. The front desk staff, however need a refresher in customer service. My mother checked in for therapy and also told them that she had an appointment with Dr. Housner, the girl told her she was checked in for both. My mom did her therapy and then had a seat. I met her for her Ortho appointment. We waited and waited, finally my mom went back up to the desk and was told they forgot to check her in for her doctor's appointment, then... read more
