Zero stars!!!! I made a appt on 6/12/23 and was told to come In 1:00 on 6/13 for Dr. Melegari. I came to my appt and was told my appt was Yesterday. Ok fine mistakes happen. I rescheduled in person to 6/14 the next day for 1:30. I got to thinking I am not sure about this place so I call to cancel. 1 minute later I get a call from the office that my appt was Today @ 1: 30.... This is beyond frustrating as I was just down there and told I missed my appointment. To say there is a lack of communication is being nice.
You can't get any better than Dr. Melegari. He has taken care of all my Ortho needs & is very helpful in the treatment plan for my Lupus. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so helpful & kind which made me less nervous about my procedure.
He is very straightforward and informed. Just how I like my physicians. Would definitely recommend him.
Excellent care and attention from receptionist to doctor. Everything was explained in detail in a caring manner. All follow ups have been on-time and thorough.
