Nothing but the best of service and treatment from this large hospital...stellar, in my mind!
I called them this morning because the PA at a local Urgent Care referred me to them for back pain. After 52 minutes on hold (I started as #6) and still #2 in the queue, I called it a day. Absolutely terrible customer service.
