Office staff at Dr. Mclennan's office unprofessional, rude, belligerent, non-assistive - need I go on!! The office staff treated me like a piece of garbage (even after having a major surgery with this physician (a total knee replacement). Was there for a post-op appointment, and was told by the front office staff that I was required to pay a co-pay - now, you have to understand, that I had already met my out-of-pocket maximum for payments for the whole year (this happened today, November 27th, 2017).
