My significant other broke his tibula and fibula, and we have no choice but to go here, due to it being his surgeon. We have had barely any communication from them. Called 20+ times and no response. Left multiple voicemails, no response. From our last visit, they told his physical therapist the opposite leg was broken. Wrote on his x-ray the wrong leg was broken too. I would recommend Dr. Robert Huang with the orthopedic spine institute at northwest florida to EVERYONE! Him and his staff are just miracle workers. He took us at our worst and nerded out on every detail of our situation. So much care , working/calling us after hours, driving multiple long drives to make sure we got what we needed to heal. Watching the sincere joy from our child and Dr Huang together at our check up was a blessing. I wish all Drs were as caring as him.
Dr Huang is very knowledgeable and patient. He and his staff have done everything they can do to diagnose and fix my issues
Dr. Huang is awesome , he ask the right questions and listens to what I have to say. He very thorough on his exam and explains what’s gotta happen to fix or help the issue. His office folks are awesome too even bringing a cup of water. I can’t say enough about Dr Huang and his folks. I look forward to working with Dr Huang on getting me straightened out.
