In two years Dr. did not take ex-rays I had to ask them to take some. Then was told I was bone on bone. Was sent to another Dr who told me I was not bone on bone all in all he was horrible. Won't go back
30 minutes late for appointment and they couldn’t care less.
Great doctor, no problems there. However, the support staff I wasn’t happy with. They were supposed to put in a request for a hip ultrasound but blamed me that I didn’t call the radiology department. However, the radiology department did express it was their responsibility to put in the request. No apologies were expressed. We also waited about an hour to see the doctor day of. Left 3 messages requesting a call back. No one has called me back yet whenever I call either no one answers or I get transferred to somebody who transfers me to the referral specialists and again nobody calls me back. After a month of trying to get an MRI scheduled I'm going somewhere else.
Dr. Clark and staff are perfect. I highly recommend.
