My experience with the Orthopaedic and Spine Center, Dr. Desponde and the administrative staff is incredibly horrible that it is unbelievable. I couldn't even give it a rating. They barely answer the phones and if you leave a message, you can forget about getting a callback. I have Sciatica. It has usually been treated with a procedure called, Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA). The procedure is only about 10-15 minutes long. I have been a patient of Kedar for over 3 years now. I had injections in my spine for pain and pain killers for diabetic nerve pain. My back went out on Friday 6/17. I called Monday and ask that the PA call me back. I still haven't heard back, the same thing has now happened 3 times. Customer service is out the window. I am looking for a new specialist.
