On February 5, 2025 I was a patient at the O&SSC for a surgical procedure. Pre/procedure communication was excellent. We arrived early and met with an admissions clerk who was friendly and completed all the forms that needed to be signed. I had a very short wait before my nurse came to the waiting room to bring me back to the preop area. For some unexplained reason my husband was not allowed to accompany me to this area. Since the surgery center opened, I’ve heard raving reviews about the quality of care and today, I can confirm that the facility is worth every star. Even before coming in for surgery, the staff was wonderful. Christine (sp?) at the front desk was ever patient answering several questions about my deductible and final costs. The communication before surgery was very clear and every staff member was incredibly attentive.
