Two weeks ago, my mom had an appointment to have surgery here. When she arrived, the staff were concerned for her safety and decided the surgery should be done at the hospital instead. The receptionist called me to schedule the hospital surgery and told me it was so my mom could stay two to three nights, as she wouldn’t be able to stay that long at the surgical center. Yesterday I brought my mom for an appointment for her shoulder and I cannot stop saying nice things about them the PA Cindy and Dr. Daniel Weilland are so caring and patient. I felt like they took really good care of my mom and I really appreciate that. They are very nice including Lauren and the receptionists. My mom will be going back for surgery and hopefully everything goes well.
My husband has been going to see Dr Malin for years for his knees. Not only is he an Ivy League trained doctor, but has a lovely bedside manner and explains things in a way that we can understand. I’m shocked to see the previous review written negatively. He answered several questions and advised them to take an aspirin for a flight. In all normalcy, I can’t imagine how could they possibly be confused about those instructions.
