Very disappointed with how they run their office. I waited weeks for an appointment with DR. Chandron. I realized I had failed to write down the exact time of my appointment. I called the office several times to find out the time and no one ever answered the phone. I left messages giving permission to leave the appointment time on my voice mail if I wasn’t able to answer. Appt times mean nothing here u wait along time to be seen with a packed waiting room a least 20 and all seats taken you have to stand. Help office tells you were be right with u.

This office is in fact a tyipical clinic in Long Beach as should be expected. With that said, we waited over an hr to be seen in a fully packed office, only to hear the doctor say to come back next week and see a new doctor. By the way, parking at this facility is $5.00 for an hr. I should have taken the warning upon scheduling the appointment! The appointment scheduled over the phone was inpatient, unprofessional and snappy! I should have known! I won’t be coming back ever!

Such an awful experience with Dr. Kim. My wife needed to be seen by a surgeon and he forgot to submit her notes for authorization! We were told not call and that they would follow up with us. They completely dropped the ball.
