I cannot believe how poorly treated my daughter was by this office and medical team. Incredibly rudeness from the office staff, attempting to cancel appointments, not understanding basic insurance procedures and approvals, terrible excuses, and awful medical care. Dr. Sylvain cut my daughter's arm during her cast removal, showed little emotional concern for the pain he inflicted, and gave absolutely incomplete medical advice. I wish I would have never trusted staff at UMC and sought care from anywhere else. This has been an ... read more
Desert orthopedics is the best place to go Dr Kim and Dr Haynes and their staff are the friendliest people I know they never want their patience to be in pain and they take time to listen and answer every question you may have an even answer ones you may not know that you even wanted to ask I recommend this place to anybody and everybody
I have had both wulff and Monroe and they did my surgeries trust me I've had a lot of surgeries and they're nothing but the best I as a matter of fact I need to have another surgery and I would rather them do it than anybody else and the people in the office are really great to love Gabby
