I had dislocated my shoulder 1/17 of this year. Linda Lee the Nurse Practitioner was incredibly neglectful, dismissive, and condescending for my entire experience at UPMC. 2 weeks of sling, and then 6 weeks more rest, when I should’ve had an MRI off the bat, but wasn’t given one because Linda Lee said “you’re too young for a shoulder injury” and basically said I was fine. Linda Marie Lee CRNP Is horrible, unprofessional and incompetent.
Staff was all very friendly. I’m happy I was able to get it examined and have the ingrown toenail surgery the same day at this location. My main issue is the pain from the surgery. From what I’ve read, surgery for ingrown toenails should basically feel like getting work done on your teeth…very little to no pain at all, but that is not how my visit went at all! Obviously the needle for the numbing hurts because it feels like they’re pushing a needle into bone, then it burns when it’s being pushed in, then it’s liquid with now... read more
