Had hip fracture repair at the hospital and my follow-ups at the office in Nashville. Dr. Downs is fantastic and the X-ray nurse is absolutely wonderful.
I had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!!! From making the call to hopefully get in the same day, to leaving after the nurse got all my information for surgery. The practitioner was absolutely amazing! Very sympathetic to the pain I was in (saw me cry), listened to all my questions, and was very detailed with everything he said. I fell like the beside manor of specialists is not great most of the time. But not here! You are in such great hands!
The visit was smooth and all of the staff were really kind. Happy it went so well considering the need to visit!
