Everyone was very nice and pleasant. The doctor was very courteous & concerned about what was going on with my right knee and he suggested the proper procedures for me to take before we decided to do any type of surgery to see if it got better. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I look forward to my continuing care at their office.
Went in to diagnose my hip/leg pain. Non existent effort taking care of me as a new patient. Scheduled a MRI for me to get more information about my leg which my insurance needed extra documentation to approve. Did not return calls to the premier radiology scheduler about my insurance not covering it, did not return my voicemails I left nor did they respond to the letter my insurance sent asking for more details to approve the MRI claim.
