They was very nice and professional
"I had a total knee replacement performed by Dr. Downs and while the surgery itself is over, the post-operative care was unacceptable. Despite the known intensity of a TKR recovery, the surgeon refused to provide adequate pain management protocols. Being denied necessary relief during the most critical days of healing made my recovery unnecessarily traumatic and hindered my ability to start physical therapy. I would not recommend this office if you expect a surgeon who is attentive to patient suffering or post-op comfort
Drew Cressman is truly a patient advocate. I’ve been dealing with knee issues for years due to a work injury, and he and his team were able to create a treatment plan they believed was best for me. The first treatment Work Comp wanted me to try wasn’t working, so we pivoted. When Work Comp denied the request, we found out what they needed, and Drew and his team put together a substantial amount of information to submit.
