I’ve been seen by Dr. Sexton. He did my Rotator Cuff Surgery. I have never had a bad experience from the doctor or staff. The location is convenient from my house. You don’t have long waits to see the doctor. You are pretty much seen close to your appointment time. Friendly and professional staff from check-in until you leave the office.
You wasted my time yesterday. You failed to send the correct codes to my PCP for my cortizone injection (I made it clear that was the ONLY reason for my appointment) and when you failed to get the approvals you needed you tried to blame them. Yet I saw conclusive proof of what you sent to them for approval and it was your fault I wasted 2 hours and $10 in your office for nothing.
This was a tough procedure, however I appreciate support for doctor and the staff is great.
