Check-in was easy! it was my first time. The entire staff was very professional,. plenty of parking. All around pleasant even though I was in a lot of pain. I felt comfortable to explain my situation and I felt heard. Thanks again.
I’m impressed with Dr. William Shield with his knowledge about orthopedic therapy and surgery. His staff is great and he’s very helpful with his patients.
They wouldn’t schedule my appointment until they got my referral. My doc faxed it and I called three different times in two weeks to schedule and they said they didn’t have the referral processed yet. Another week and I called back angry a demanded they check into my referral and they finally fixed it. Blamed my doc ( they faxed it three weeks ago). Then I arrive at my appointment sign in and after 40 minutes of waiting the lady called me up and said I wasn’t checks in bc the person who made my file put my last name as my fi... read more
