Very disappointed with Dr. Sando. Despite ongoing shoulder pain, numbness, and difficulty performing basic daily activities, he dismissed my concerns and insisted my shoulder was perfectly fine. When I questioned my MRI findings, he stated that all MRI reports say similar things and emphasized that he was a surgeon and knew better. During the examination, he told me to relax my arm, even after I explained that movement was painful. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and disrespected.
