During my first visit, I encountered an unfriendly and unwelcoming receptionist. It's clear that having a younger person (with long black hair, possibly with keratin) as the initial face of your facility may not be the best choice. However, I want to highlight that the nurses and other staff were absolutely delightful.
What an excellent experience I had today at this facility. Every staff member was very friendly, polite, and professional. They made me feel very comfortable, which helped me to reduce my nervousness before my procedure. They respected my privacy, and were very helpful. They were all very busy, but still continued to let me know what was going on, when I was next, asked if I was comfortable,...
