I saw Donald Kim and he looks old and wise, but had no idea what he was talking about. I went in for pain in my hip and he had no idea what it could be so he referred me to a Rheumatologist and didn't want anything more to do with my case. I went to another Orthopedic Surgeon and he knew exactly what was wrong my first visit and how it fix it. Kim really needs to retire before he gets someone hurt. Don't go here, the staff will just take your money and send you someplace else.
I was referred to doc Gonzalez to receive treatment for a bone spur. Even though the xray was clear and showed this bone spur, Doc Gonzalez said i have Achilles tendinitis. Ok.... Because he is a doctor, i trusted him. Moved on to surgery. After 3 weeks, i had a followup appointment. Gonzalez thought it had been 6 weeks since my surgery and wanted to take the cast off. Dr. Gonzalez, the nurses, and the office staff were all so kind and helpful. My six year old broke her wrist and they were so reassuring to her. We were in and out with her arm in a cast in just over an hour even with all the new patient paperwork. This was at their new facility and it was clean and tidy. We had a great experience and I don't understand why there have been so many bad reviews in the past, our recent visit was great.
The doctors there are awesome! The old facility on Brockton was dated but thier new facility is nice. Dr. Gonzalez has done both of my carpal tunnel surgeries and Dr. Suzuki has done two knees and a shoulder for me. They are awesome doctors ! I’m very happy
