I’m writing this review in the hope that it brings attention to a serious problem in our healthcare system and to warn others about my experience with this practice. What happened to me is still unbelievable. On December 30, 2024, I went to this clinic after discovering a lump in my neck. I was understandably anxious and expected a proper examination. Attention all tennis players! Dr. Sforzo performed my rotator cuff surgery. He was truly wonderful, as were all of his PAs, nurses and staff. It is a very well-run practice with friendly, helpful personnel from top to bottom. I also did three months of physical therapy with their in-house superstars, Mark and Fane, and could not have had a better experience. I happen to come from a family of medical professionals so my standards are high. Dr. Sforzo and his team exceeded all of my expectations.
Most professional, well managed, performance and skill excellence, prize winning caring staff, beautiful atmosphere and outstanding, compassionate Physicians. They saved my arm and shoulder. As a retired RN, they are the best!
Was impressed with the entire process. As a new patient several steps needed to be completed before I could begin to get treated for my very sore shoulder. I am happy to report that recommendation #1 has me feeling much better. Excellent staff
The practice is amazing! From the receptionist,the medical staff,the x-rays technicians and Dr Dillingham all went above and beyond to give me the best possible experience in this office. Polite, caring and professional. Have to admit I was a bit nervous when I first walked in in but after my first visit I look forward to the next appointment there!
