They are very friendly from the time you walk in until you check out. Most times I don’t wait more than 5 minutes before I get called back. I really enjoy seeing Katie Brooks. She is so sweet and caring and takes time to listen to your problems.
Dr. Hoenig did an amazing job! I was in and out of surgery in 30 minutes! If I did need anymore surgeries, I will definitely be coming back to him.
Dr Behr and his staff are great, but their appt procedure leaves a lot to be desired. It takes way too long to get an appt, and if there’s any way to streamline that process it would be greatly appreciated by patients whose backs are hurting!
