Consumers need to understand what they are getting into with Orthopaedic Associates as it relates to their medical bills. 1. Accident happened = complete tear of my hamstring. 2. My hamstring was repaired in outpatient, June 2024. 3. I was near sepsis from a staph infection that developed. 4. First surgery was attempted to remove staph -unsuccessful 5. I came in for a painful knee. After x-rays Lisa did a great job explaining the results and options. I elected a cortisone shot. It made a difference in one day. Lisa was very professional but also with a smile.
Enjoyed talking to and listening to the doctors explaining to me my problem. He also listened to me and respected my opinion.
