Poorly designed websites and confusing content every single thing they have for sites explaining their associated with this business is confusing and frustrating to find them is incredibly frustrating and confusing you be better off calling Delaware orthopedic specialists and traveling north to Middletown Delaware than trying to make sense of the situation and confusing situation with these associates. My experience has been excellent at Orthopaedic Associates of Southern Delaware. I’ve been a patient for several years and seen a few different doctors for arthritis related issues in my shoulders and knees including a very successful full shoulder replacement 7 years ago. The doctors have patiently answered my questions and discussed my options with me. I’ve found the staff exceptionally available, helpful, good natured and friendly.
Staff is horrible and rude. Called to make appt and from the get go she was the rudest person I have ever talked to. Not sure where they hire these people but I wouldn’t want them representing my profession. I guess the Drs don’t read the reviews. I’m shaking.
