Waited an hour to be brought back to be seen by the PA Sara. The x-ray techs were a little confused whether my mother needed X-rays at all. Had to ask for assistance with putting on the boot my mother was told to wear for the next 3 months. Sara commented that my mother’s foot was too swollen to put the boot on. Told us to go home and elevate hope that the swelling goes down. 80 year old mother nor myself have no idea how to put on the boot. Operators are extremely unprofessional and rude. I was called a liar as I had missed an appointment do to no call/text or email. Several months later i called and cancelled for family emergency and was told to I could not return as they have a 2 cancellation policy no matter the reason. Dr. Maupin on the other hand was so kind and a great surgeon. I hope he relocates to another surgical office.
