Operators are extremely unprofessional and rude. I was called a liar as I had missed an appointment do to no call/text or email. Several months later i called and cancelled for family emergency and was told to I could not return as they have a 2 cancellation policy no matter the reason. Dr. Maupin on the other hand was so kind and a great surgeon. I hope he relocates to another surgical office.
