I have always loved orthopedic associates and have had two different surgeons from the one in Duluth, but today I went to the Hibbing location and left pretty upset. These guys suck!!! Never answer their phone. The doctor I saw seemed irritated and unprofessional. I tried to get a doctors excuse for work and they refused, I even had a note for a follow up appointment from the urgent care and they cancelled the appointment without contacting me to see what it was for. They’re connected with Essentia, I would recommend a different medical facility without this association if you want quality help.
Had an appointment scheduled to get my broken vertebrae and ribs looked at from a bad fall I had on Saturday.. When I went in for my appointment they stated they had called in the morning to cancel because the doctor doesn't see pelvic injuries. I don't have a pelvic injury, which I stated THREE TIMES on the phone yesterday. I said that no they had not called nor left a message. It's a cell number, so it records all calls. Told them what I was coming in for, instead of telling me what I needed for the appointment, they let me come in miss work and tell me they can’t without this paperwork!!! Why not tell someone first before they show up and miss out on work??? Money hungry ppl and I would recommend going elsewhere!
