RecommendedI have had excellent Care from the staff- Nyla, Debbie, Denise, Michelle, Maria, Brenda and the physician - Dr. Duncan, I had surgery in November 2019 and am very happy with surgery and aftercare.

The front desk staff, Michele, Maria, and Brenda are thoughtful and kind. Physicians are the best in town (I've heard that from General Practitioners too) and the back office staff are very nice as well. Melinda, the surgery coordinator, is thorough and pleasant. The only drawback is the wait time. However, I would expect a wait for excellent treatment. Thank you OAMC!
RecommendedI had broke my hand three weeks ago and a clinic didn't seem to be in a rush at all to help to get a pre-authorization. After 3 weeks,, come to find out, I didn't need a pre-authorization. . I wanted to thank Dolores for helping me over the phone in getting my appointment goin and as frustrated as I was,, thank you Dolores for being very prompt and courteous.. Much thanks again and very appreciated!!!!
RecommendedI was frustrated and flustered for arriving late after getting lost and sitting in the wrong doctors office for 20 mins. Maria, Michelle, and Brenda made sure I didn’t loose my appointment time and was still able to see the doctor. They took my frustration in stride and their kindness and understanding made me feel calm and okay. Thank u.
