I returned a call for one of the employees and the receptionist Lane who asked me for my date of birth which I told her is not relevant. She hung up on me! Not very professional!
Tried orthopedic associates for a 2nd evaluation on my lower back. I gave up on this journey while in the waiting room for my MRI follow appointment and waited around an hour past my appointment time. If you are working and taking leave during your day for an appointment here, I would suggest taking the whole day of leave ,that's if you have the leave balance available. But this was also the day I decided this practice was not for me.
Calling for an appointment is ROUGH. No wonder they have a recording asking you to be nice to the agents. They are rude as all get out. One woman scoffed in the middle of speaking to me. Another yawned several times. They interrupt you, talk down to you. Sorry to bother you all, I just wanted an appointment.
I had total knee replacements for both knees, one in May & other in August, followed by Physical Therapy over 25 visits. Although the surgeon & staff were pleasant & professional, the billing department (since they merged with North Florida Surgeons) has been inept. After my 25 PT visits (paid by my BCBS insurance) I needed additional visits & was quoted a self-pay rate of $95.00 per visit.
