Calling for an appointment is ROUGH. No wonder they have a recording asking you to be nice to the agents. They are rude as all get out. One woman scoffed in the middle of speaking to me. Another yawned several times. They interrupt you, talk down to you. Sorry to bother you all, I just wanted an appointment.
I had total knee replacements for both knees, one in May & other in August, followed by Physical Therapy over 25 visits. Although the surgeon & staff were pleasant & professional, the billing department (since they merged with North Florida Surgeons) has been inept. After my 25 PT visits (paid by my BCBS insurance) I needed additional visits & was quoted a self-pay rate of $95.00 per visit. The care provided by the doctors at orthopedic associates and the medical staff is excellent. The problem I have is with the front desk girls. The last two visits to the office, the front staff were laughing and carrying on without greeting incoming patients. On the most recent visit the three girls up front were cackling discussing candy while we were standing there waiting to be greeted, which we were not. Front desk/check out staff are very friendly and helpful!! Sabrina ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help me and if she doesn't know the answer, she goes and finds the person who does! This is so hard to find in an employee, so y'all better do all you can to keep her!!
Can’t get the injection team to answer the phone or give a call back but will gladly process a payment.
