RecommendedI have seen Dr Kramer for 10 years now. I have had very severe back issues and surgeries have made me pretty much pain free.
RecommendedI have known Dr. Kramer since he performed my first spinal fusion in 2000. I am now 1 year out from my second spinal fusion. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I continue to be very active at almost 64 years of age. Dr. Kramer has enabled me to continue cycling outside and doing Zumba, spin, weight classes and Pilates. He always spends as much time with me as needed and I never feel rushed or like I didn’t get to ask all of my questions. I highly recommend Connecticut Neck & Back Specialists.

Most importantly, the result of the surgery seems to be superb, but dealing with him personally has been a pleasure. Very patient, conscientious, explains things very clearly, follows up regularly after the surgery, etc. Very highly recommended!

My 12 year old daughter had an appointment at the Greenwich office today and was turned away because an employee insisted our insurance was inactive. My husband got on the phone and explained it was active but she insisted that it was notated in the file. She did not follow protocol and contact her supervisor to call the insurance company and check.
