I was so happy with the visit with Dr Heftler. He spent time with me, answering my questions/concerns. He diagnosed my issue and made a few suggestions for followup care. I would definately recommend Dr Heltler.
Dr. Marc L. Otten is an incredible neurosurgeon. He recently performed surgery on me, and the results have been fantastic. I am so grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him to anyone needing specialized care. Outstanding doctors! Unfortunately you have to go through the non-medical staff first. Just know the admin staff are focused on getting as many patients using as many of their services as possible, and making sure patients will pay. So expect admin people (making sure you can/will pay, legal contracts), salespeople (selling a bunch of non invasive and probably unnecessary tests) before you even get to see a medical professional.
