Very traditional and outdated approach. The visit focused on prescribing anti-inflammatory medications and ordering X-rays instead of evaluating muscle weakness, function, or offering a strength-based rehabilitation plan. I was specifically seeking physical therapy to rebuild muscle and protect my knee, but that was not addressed. I did not feel fully heard as a Spanish-speaking patient. Not recommended if you are looking for modern, functional rehab.
I can’t say enough good things about the physical therapists at the Olive Branch location. Allie and Gordon are true professionals committed to helping their patients feel comfortable and get back to living normal life. I even came in the wrong day a few times and they took me anyway lol. Leanne at the front is always very welcoming and puts a smile on my face as soon as I walk in.
