Not sure who on earth answers the phones, but they could’ve been so much nicer than they were. It’s ridiculous how they basically spat in my face.
They are SO WONDERFUL. Stephen the PA and Dr. Chang are awesome. Front desk staff are so kind - I really needed that today, too. I had an acute injury and they were able to see me that morning. Thank you to this great team.
