Knee replacement- Professional and courteous service from front desk to exit. Very clean facility. Felt welcome and very much cared for. Experienced and knowledgeable staff that is dedicated to ensure your procedure is conducted accurately. My entire experience with OrthoNY has been positive. Extremely organized and ensures you understand everything you need to know.
Was in the other day for surgery to my wrist for tendonitis, and I already feel 100 times better. Only pain was near incision, and Dr. Ferrara did an outstanding job with both the surgery and with the stitches. This is the first time in years in which I haven't had any pain from tendonitis. I'm glad I made the decision to go here, and the staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone , and for anything hand related, Dr. Justin Ferrara is great.
My husband had a procedure done here recently. The staff is wonderful from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. The place is clean and organized. Everyone went above and beyond to make my husband and myself very comfortable.
They helped me when I had a panic attack because it was my first surgery, all the nurses, anesthesiologist, and my surgeon himself made sure I felt comfortable and one of the nurses helped me slow my breathing down by talking to me. Great place! No complaints.
