These are the best Orthopedics in the world they go above and beyond I was at a doctor's appointment the other day after not seeing my doctor for 5 years he remembered where I worked who I was and treated me like I was almost family I will forever and always be thankful to have these doctors in my life
Wow.... I don't even know where to start with this place.... Lack of communication Rude/incompetent staff and specialists Tons and tons of secretary mess ups with appointment scheduling etc.... Dr. Kaback is incompetent. At first he seemed to be great and gave me a lot of information on what was wrong with my shoulder and told me I definitely need the surgery. Have had good results with ortho but for the last 3 months it's been useless. Back and forth to get a mri and still nothing. They definitely enjoy taken that copay without providing services though. Update 7/23/25 Trying to have your records and images sent to a different provider is like jumping through rings of fire that keep getting smaller.
I'm coming from the emergency room, with xray & ctscan confirming a complicated tibial plateau fracture. I don't have a wheelchair or other equipment. It took me a whole lot of time and a whole lot of pain to get from my home to this office. I arrived 10 minutes late and the doctor turned me away, telling me to reschedule. There's no way I want anything to do with an establishment which clearly doesn't recognize and respect me as a patient. Disgusting!
