They do not have Ortho now any longer
Very efficient despite being busy. It’s a large new clean beautiful office. It even has a virtual self checkout vending area downstairs. The urgent clinic is run within the ortho office upstairs. I’ve been here a few times for broken toes and sprained fingers and they are very thorough and do x rays right away. Very friendly and professional. Had an appointment scheduled for an MRI. The front desk associate who assisted me was professional, and courteous. The medical staff was as well. Very friendly, answered any and all questions. The gentleman running the actual MRI machine was asked by another associate if he was able to move another patient in and he mentioned he was willing to assist without much hesitation. It sounds to me like he is swamped and in high demand but NEVER in my time there did he make me feel rushed or unimportant. The building is new, clean a... read more
I wasn't aware of orthopedic walk in clinics until today, but I am so glad I got pointed to this one. They saw me quickly, were professional, and had me taken care of and out the door within an hour. By the time I left, I had a game plan for my next steps, and any questions I had were answered. They took the time to learn the issue I was having, and my history dealing with the specific joint that was causing the issue. Highly recommend!
This is not a walk in urgent care as I was made aware of yesterday by the manager upon my arrival. We had called and asked in advance very specific questions as to if this office could treat my injuries and if I needed a referral or appointment and if they took my insurance and was told explicitly none of that was needed and they did take BCBS.
