Today I arrived at 3:00 p.m., saw a PA at 3:05, had x-rays at 3:30, was home by 4:00. Pleasant receptionist, pleasant, capable P.A. Highly recommend.

I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional staff in my life.. Treated like a 2nd rate citizen based on the health insurance you have.. The receptionist did her best to convince us not to come in, and wait till normal work hours and make an appointment (On a Saturday).. If someone is in unbearable back pain you’d think an orthopedic “walk in would be the appropriate place to go.. It should be, but NOT this place... beyond disappointed.
