Very official staff pulled all of our paperwork together.We saw the doctor and his assistant very quickly got some x.Rays , we were in and out it was painless and quick. The orthopedic surgeon also diagnosed something unrelated to the orthopedic problem.We were there for and he was exactly right.
Dr. Abidi is the worst Dr. I've ever experienced!!! Terrible bed side manner. Never going back. I only hear horror stories from other patients. Every time someone brings up they had to get ankle surgery and I ask who the doctor was they say Abidi and they should have sued.
This is the second time that I went to see Dr. Heywood for my knee. The first time he spent five minutes with me and I waited about an hour to see him. This second time he spent five minutes with me and I waited almost an hour and a half to see him. He definitely rushes you, which is terrible since you have to wait that long. I do not recommend. If you do go, bring your earbuds or something to do. You’ll be there a while.
I cannot say enough positive things about this entire medical group. From the receptionists to the surgeon, this is an exceptional team of professional, friendly folks who will go above and beyond to do whatever they can to help you. My life has literally changed in the past year and a half due to their persistent help. They fixed me lol
Very poor assessment, didn't disclose MRI pictures, only good part was how soon they were able to get the results out
