I cannot say enough positive things about this entire medical group. From the receptionists to the surgeon, this is an exceptional team of professional, friendly folks who will go above and beyond to do whatever they can to help you. My life has literally changed in the past year and a half due to their persistent help. They fixed me lol
Very poor assessment, didn't disclose MRI pictures, only good part was how soon they were able to get the results out
I was a new patient at Golden State Orthopedic and I made all of my appointments till they let me know they had to cancel my appointment the week of Christmas because my therapist canceled because she was sick? they we're ok with that? then I called in and I had just accidentally fallen bad and hurt my knee bad and I had to cancel? and they were ok with that? and they just let me know they had given me an appointment this morning and I missed it and they were not ok with that? and that it is a serious business and I can't mi... read more

Hugely disappointed in Dr. Heywood. Rude manner, lack of compassion, unwillingness to hear about my difficulties. Accused me of “rolling my eyes” when talking with him about my serious health issues. Felt disrespected and unheard. Avoid this place.
