My wife saw Dr Ganguly less than hour ago. She got there at 2 and was discharged at 248. He refused to listen to her in any capacity. He blindly decided that the ER she came from over a week ago was correct in their diagnostic when it has no bearing on the pain she is in, neck issue causing numbness in the groin and lower back. Had I not been stopped by my wife I would have escalated to the point that he needed to listen. Do not go, do not pay them any thing. Pre surgery awesome post surgery Dr Ganguly doesn't care about any of your concerns. When you have a major surgery you want all your questions answered not a "I'm sorry you're still in pain". Very unacceptable from a place that's supposed to be one of the best in Ohio.
