I waited a week to get an appt. I arrived for my 3:30 appt only to be told that they cancel me. They said that they wanted me to arrive 30 min earlier. I asked, "but wasn't my appointment at 3:30?" Yes ,she said but since you didnt get here early ,we canceled you. WoW Wasnt very nice about it , Watch Out
