Very confident that Dr Fletcher made the correct diagnosis. Prescribed medication is already showing its results.
I can’t fathom why my daughter received such a different experience from Ortho South and Dr. Fletcher. I wish I had accompanied her but she is 18 and I trusted from the reviews that she would receive good care. She had broken and fractured bones in her right hand. Dr. Fletcher is very compassionate and cares about his patients well being. I live in Ripley, TN and my husband drives me to Memphis because he gives the best care for me.
I was recently referred to Dr. Dan Fletcher for a thumb injury. This was my first dealings with Dr. Fletcher as well as OrthoMemphis. I could not be happier with the treatment and care that I received. Dr. Fletcher has excellent bedside manners and does a great job of explaining his treatment plan. Outstanding experience. Staff handled my medical file update quickly. Doc took care of me including xrays and a shot for my wrist. I was out of there in about 45 minutes. He was very knowledgable and took car of my problem. One day later I am doing well.

Upon my first visit with Dr. Fletcher I was scheduled with another Doctor but after reviewing my MRI I was immediately switched to the hand specialist to be seen on the same day. After a few appts and hand therapy it was decided he would perform surgery so he could see exactly what he was dealing with. Today was my first post-op appt and he explained in great detail his findings and what he did to repair. As well as what to expect as far as recovery. I would & have recommend Dr. Fletcher.
Excellent facility, efficient use of technology for gathering patient information before the appointment, informative pre-appointment call to explain the process as a new patient, and great support from Dr. Fletcher and the staff.
