Doctors here are wonderful. However, the front desk staff is atrocious! I asked ahead, what my out of pocket would be on the phone, will attitude, I was told it was checked and only my $30 copay would be due. Got here today for my procedure and was charged $100 and again met with attitude when asked why since I inquired about this over the phone and was told my insurance was checked. Also received attitude when I read my consent forms before signing. Not impressed.
Dr. Cole was amazing. I have been to many doctors and never has one been able to diagnose my problem, explain everything, and make a plan the way this doctor did.
