They can’t figure out how to send a bill to an insurance they accept but they can me. Neat.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! From Laurie and Erin in admissions, to the nurses Kara, Angela, Amanda and Susan! Dr. Usmani's team was fantastic! Hoping I will never break another bone, but if I do, I'll be back!
The doctors have been great. Do not trust the automated system. She will tell you there are no appointments available when there actually is if you speak to someone. She also claimed to have rescheduled my appointment only to find out it was never changed. Talk to a human or you will be sorry.
I met with Dr. Shook. He gave me his honest opinion and spent over 1 hour talking to me about the pros and cons to having surgery. I ended up not having the surgery, after tearing several ligaments in my shoulder. I'm feeling way better 1 after tearing these. He did not try to persuade me 1 way or the orher, he just let me know the facts and let myself make a educated decision.
