PA Morgan Clarkson was mad that I didn't want to do PT. What does she do? She withholds my pain medication. I should have had it Friday, but her we go on Monday night without it. She sure taught me a lesson as to what happens to patients she despises. She mistakenly gave me and RX that I was not supposed to take, and now I'm stuck waiting for my pain medication, 4 nights past due. Terrible.
Don’t use this place if you get injured at work , you will end up with lying deceiving doctors , and a surgery that has left me with a dominant arm that is in worse shape then before surgery and sleepless nights .. Also without a job because I can no longer do my job because of a botched surgery.
Folks let me start by saying my body is a wreck! I have seen many doctors in this practice and have had a great experience with each one. I have had multiple procedures and have been here a bunch over the years. Everyone from the front desk all the way through to the doctors and amazing nurses have been so good to me. I can not praise them enough for all they have done to make me feel comfortable and help me on my journey.
I have no idea how there are so many bad reviews for this location! My Husband has his back injections and an ablation here and we love this location. The ladies at the front desk are all so sweet, friendly & know what they're doing. Checking in is always a breeze. There is a large, comfy waiting room. The nurses and support staff in the operating area are also very nice and treat you like a human. You never feel like they're just trying to push you out. Bala Venugopal, MD, Was our anesthesiologist. After 20 plus surgeries/procedures he was undeniably the worst experience we’ve encountered. Don’t ask questions or things will escalate quickly. He will not make any accommodations for medical issues or concerns. He will threaten you with rescheduling with a different provider. Once you SUBMIT and don’t ask anything further, he instantly becomes pleasant. The arrogance and lack of genuine human empathy is NOT within this man. Never again.
