Easy in and out with top notch care. Much better alternative to an emergency department.
The website says they close at 12 for lunch break so I rushed to get there after a fall with an acute injury. I got there at 11:43 and the front desk told me I needed to be there by 11:45 so I wouldn't be seen until after 1. I said to her that I arrived prior to 11:45 and she argued then said I needed to be checked in by 11:45 so 1 is when they re-open to see patients. Very disappointed in the lack of empathy and professionalism by the staff during a very stressful experience for us. It was utterly unimpressive at each turn and we felt treated very impersonally. Nobody introduced themselves, asked for our names, or explained their role. Made my injured family member (who was in extreme pain) walk between several different rooms, sit and stand unnecessarily, and seemed completely oblivious to her basic needs like ice or a pillow to rest her arm or anything to address her pain. Don’t use this place if you are injured at work , you will end up with lying deceiving doctors , and a surgery that has left me with a dominant arm that is in worse shape before surgery and sleepless nights .. Also without a job because I can no longer do my job because of a botched surgery.
