Dr. Kendall at Ortho Indy was outstanding for my knee surgery—professional, skilled, and highly recommended. However, the scheduling staff’s disorganization was extremely frustrating. I arrived for a post-op appointment, only to find they had scheduled it for a different time. I offered to send a photo of their printed confirmation with the correct date and time or bring it to the office, but they dismissed my offer, admitting no fault. Good day, after the procedure,I was relieved from the pain but after the third day of the procedure the pain started again .
