Alex Gates has been instrumental in restoring my mobility after a lower leg fracture and 6 weeks of non-weight bearing. He is extremely knowledgeable and has provided a very effective customized exercise plan, resulting in improved flexibility. It has enabled me to quickly walk again and achieve a normal gait. He is also a very pleasant individual to work with, and patiently answers all my many questions. You can tell he truly cares about his patients.
