Always late to begin appointments, I sit here and listen to the 2 women being rude to clients and talking about them with others around. Today a man asks about payment and is confused about what he owes today, and instead of speaking to him quietly or privately, they’re rudely, and loud, telling him he’s wrong and that he has to pay ___ amount today because that’s what he agreed to. “You signed the contract I talked to you already”, while raising their voices and both of them talking to him at once which can be overwhelming ... read more
