Purchased 1 pair Othofeet sneaks needed narrow sneaker, paid $115 shoe was very good for about 2 months then started to loose it's shape and support. I liked it because I could put my othonics inside nice style but poor quality will not purchase again I am now trying Brooks GTS more pricey but I am hoping will work well. Worst and slowest shipping experiences I have had, each and every time over the last two years! I have purchased over 20 pairs over the years, and it now takes about 6-7 days for my shoes to arrive after they the shipper receives them, although we live @ 140 miles away. They use FedEx Smart Post, and they do not provide the customer the option to upgrade to faster shipping. After I receive my current order, which I ordered on September 20, 2025, I will no longer purchase from Orthofeet.
Terrible quality and customer service. I bought their Alps boot and it lasted only a year until the zipper broke. I've never had a boot break this quickly. They do not stand by their product. They also remove your ability to review the shoes after a certain amount of time so their reviews do not address long-term quality. They must be scared to show reviews from purchases after their 6 month warranty period. I really suggest you don't buy anything from them. They take advantage of people with foot issues.
I am actually giving them a one because I can leave a review if I even give them a one which they don’t even deserve because of their customer service. I recently placed an order with orthofeet. After placing the order, I realized the wrong address was still in my information and they went with my previous address. I immediately attempted to contact them.
