Deceptive billing practices. Every time they seem to "forget" I paid my copay already and try to bill me for it again. Then I have to call and they see it in the system. This time, they also billed me for XRays separately of the copay. My husband's visit included XRays and all he had to pay was the copay. I had also been to another Virtua urgent care in 2022 and also had XRays without getting a separate bill. The doctor was good, very attentive and professional. But I'm still waiting 4th day for the office to submit request for MRI authorizations to my insurance company. After my call they fixed in 3 hours
I went there for what I thought was shoulder pain. Once looked at, it was my neck. They gave me steroid which I had horrible reaction to. Call the office several times left a message to ask about the prescription and nobody responded! That’s awful! You prescribed something and not there to follow up.
My Husband had lost all feelings in both Legs while in Florida lasted year 2022 came back to NJ in the fall Dr Greenleaf took care of him surgery was great. Fix him up. Thank you Dr G & staff. You guys are great!!!!!!
