I saw Carla Grovatt PA on Saturday. She explained my situation thoroughly. Taleya and Sarah were very helpful and professional. I was in and out in under an hour and a half. Great experience...thank you ladies !!!
I truly can’t say enough great things about this facility. From the smooth and seamless check-in process to the timely evaluation, X-ray, and the incredibly attentive and compassionate care provided—every step exceeded our expectations. My son felt completely at ease throughout the entire visit, which in turn gave me such peace of mind. The team explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Huge thanks to Sarah, Courtney, Kasey, and Carla—you are all amazing!
Deceptive billing practices. Every time they seem to "forget" I paid my copay already and try to bill me for it again. Then I have to call and they see it in the system. This time, they also billed me for XRays separately of the copay. My husband's visit included XRays and all he had to pay was the copay. I had also been to another Virtua urgent care in 2022 and also had XRays without getting a separate bill. The doctor was good, very attentive and professional. But I'm still waiting 4th day for the office to submit request for MRI authorizations to my insurance company. After my call they fixed in 3 hours
