Tenía cita hoy a las 11am. Llamé para indicar que llegaría unos 10 ó 15 minutos tarde. Me indicaron que tendrían que agendar una nueva cita para el mes de Marzo. No entiendo por qué si mi cita hoy era para hablarme del financiamiento del proceso y además que en mi anterior cita yo llegué a tiempo y tuve que esperar como 20 minutos a hacer antendida y solo me pidieron disculpas. Entonces ellos No me pueden disculpar a mi hoy y esperar a que llegue cuando ya yo iba de camino. Gracias por nada.

From the very first meeting with Dr. Steve, I knew he would be our choice for orthodontics. The knowledge, bed side manner, the extra time spent to answer questions, Dr. Steve was amazing the entire 2 and a half years my daughter was a patient of his. The office staff were all amazing. The office is very busy, yet you never felt rushed or pushed aside.
