The staff was super nice and friendly and easy to communicate to. However, the doctor lacks professionalism and the treatment was dissatisfying. Spent well over 5k and several years, yet he took his words back for something he said which will be fixed. Also, did not like the fact that we had to post good reviews to enter a prize draw, so take the 5 stars as a grain of salt if you're reading this.
Result is amazing, Priceless smile! Thank you Dr. Bhalla and staff. Highly recommend anyone looking for braces.
