Dr. Ji and his team provide exceptional orthodontic care from start to finish. The office is welcoming, appointments run smoothly, and the staff always takes the time to explain each step with kindness and professionalism. Their warm bedside manner makes every visit comfortable, and the results speak for themselves. Truly one of the best orthodontic teams around!
My experience started off okay, but I’ve grown increasingly dissatisfied over time. It’s frustrating that there is only one doctor and he’s only available on Tuesdays, which limits flexibility for appointments. Even with an early morning slot, you can end up waiting an hour or more to be seen and adjusted. This is the absolutely the best orthodontist around!!! Jenn is amazing and Sueellen is too !! They all are!! I can't rave enough about them and how they have helped improve my daughter's teeth!!!!
