Dr. Ji and his team provide exceptional orthodontic care from start to finish. The office is welcoming, appointments run smoothly, and the staff always takes the time to explain each step with kindness and professionalism. Their warm bedside manner makes every visit comfortable, and the results speak for themselves. Truly one of the best orthodontic teams around!
My experience started off okay, but I’ve grown increasingly dissatisfied over time. It’s frustrating that there is only one doctor and he’s only available on Tuesdays, which limits flexibility for appointments. Even with an early morning slot, you can end up waiting an hour or more to be seen and adjusted. During one visit, the scanning equipment malfunctioned, pushing all appointments back significantly—I had an 8:00 AM appointment and wasn’t seen until after 9:00 AM.
