After 2 years and 11 months of treatment, my daughter got her braces removed today and I can’t express enough gratitude and appreciation to the doctors and their team for doing a great job! Thank you for the care, professionalism, and patience to ensure that my daughter receives the perfect smile! So, this just happened today, we are on installments and never late on any payment. The doctor decided to remove the braces today, however, they refused to do that unless we pay the remaining balance, I objected because as I mentioned we are on plan, they insisted and said that my son will keep the braces on for three more months until all payments are made. My daughter had Consultation done and we assumed we All set to go we signed docs and paid the 10% down payment and didn’t start the treatment we had to go and pull out 3 baby teeth and wait for 3 weeks to heal but I found out from my dentist that if She start the treatment now it will take longer than it should and in that case it make since to wait until the permanent teeth to come in six months to a year than we can start the care I called the office 10 days ago to get my money back since it was only a consultation and the... read more
