went in for an orthodontic consultation and was really impressed. They took the time to understand my concerns and explained everything clearly. The treatment plan was thoughtful, honest, and realistic—not a sales pitch. I appreciated how transparent and detail-oriented they were. Definitely felt like I was in good hands.
Truly fantastic customer service! My son and I missed an appointment, and the team was incredibly accommodating and understanding - more so than I would have been! They’re always prompt when it comes to fixing broken brackets on his braces. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Very friendly and professional staff. The place is clean and looks great. If there are any delays they’re very courteous and speedy to fix things. I just went for a general exam for jaw concerns and they gave me a thorough step by step idea of what steps I should be taking appropriate to my concerns. Lovely place and staff!
Second time coming here for a consultation & the service is still as amazing as the first time. The staff are friendly and professional, the space is clean and all my questions were answered thoroughly. Definitely recommend!
